In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems that support our trading operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technical solutions align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems to support trading operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.,Lead the development of new features and improvements to existing systems.,Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.,Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in a technical architect or senior software engineering role.,Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures.,Experience with trading systems, high-frequency trading, or financial technology is a plus.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
