As a Financial Services Consultant, you’ll work closely with our bancassurance partners, including Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, and Bank BCA, to provide comprehensive financial solutions that align with Islamic principles. Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, identifying client needs, and designing tailored financial products that meet Shariah compliance standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify suitable financial products.
• Design and present Sharia-compliant bancassurance solutions to clients through our trusted banking partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of bancassurance products.
• Provide training and support to bancassurance agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and report on the performance of bancassurance products to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in our bancassurance offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bancassurance partners to drive business growth.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of bancassurance strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, bancassurance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Shariah principles and Islamic finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with bancassurance products and tools, such as CRM systems and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
