In this role, you'll spend your days behind the counter, preparing a variety of coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our café, ensuring a pleasant experience for all our customers. Our café uses the latest coffee equipment, including a La Marzocco espresso machine and a commercial grinder. You'll work closely with our senior baristas to learn and grow, while also contributing your unique ideas to our menu.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees, using our La Marzocco espresso machine and commercial grinder.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving coffee beans and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
• Contribute to the café's social media presence by sharing customer feedback and special promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Familiarity with commercial coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
