🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering and project management, with a focus on property development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-impact construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like MS Project.
