As the Club General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the club meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member experience. You will work closely with our team of trainers, receptionists, and support staff to create a welcoming and motivating environment for our members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, including personal trainers, receptionists, and support staff.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all members.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure consistent brand standards across all clubs.
• Monitor and analyze club performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a fitness club.
• Strong understanding of health, fitness, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management software.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
