Maintenance Officer (Oil & Gas & Mining Industry)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, schedule, and execute routine and emergency maintenance activities.
• Inspect and test equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure the effective and safe operation of equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong focus on preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems, such as SAP PM or similar software.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) or NEBOSH.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations, as required.
