📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement and monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to maintain property standards and guest comfort.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the hospitality industry.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn from industry experts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Airbnb Host, VRBO, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with industry certifications such as CHM (Certified Hotel Manager) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, French) a strong asset.
