📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.
  • Maintain training records and reports.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training.
  • Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers when necessary.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other training management systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
