The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of data center construction standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of data center projects, ensuring adherence to MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.,Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure construction meets specifications and standards.,Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals for project construction.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data center construction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center construction, with a focus on MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil aspects.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of local and international construction standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license and membership in relevant professional bodies.
