📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure that they are performing at their best

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software
