📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Collaborate with management to ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certification.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
