Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Sarawak and Sabah.Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our market share.Provide technical support and guidance to distributors to ensure our products meet their customers' needs.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are meeting our sales targets.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or technical role within the automotive aftermarket industry.Strong understanding of the Sarawak and Sabah markets and the automotive aftermarket industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within Sarawak and Sabah.🛠️ Keahlian
