📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operation.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with team members to address any production issues or bottlenecks.,Implement and monitor production metrics and KPIs.,Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
