This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts, to meet customer orders and restaurant requirements.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all pastries are prepared according to food safety and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety guidelines.,Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating and delivering high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
