📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.,Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Assist in employee performance management and appraisals.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) knowledge.Experience with recruitment and selection processes.Understanding of employee benefits and compensation.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with performance management and development.Experience with remote work and virtual teams.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
