📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms and prices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
