📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the daily schedules and appointments for the team.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination.
• Handling administrative tasks and maintaining office records.
• Supporting the team with travel arrangements and logistics.
• Assisting with client communications and follow-ups.
• Ensuring office supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Providing general support to the team as needed.
• Assisting with any other tasks that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
