Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet the company's standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
