📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure adequate supplies of change and other necessary items.,Train and develop new cashier staff to maintain high service standards.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.
