📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve future strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Create compelling content for various digital platforms to engage target audiences.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing efforts.,Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure the continued growth and development of the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
