📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including seating arrangements, decor, and menu selection.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Supervise banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, safe, and well-maintained before and after each event.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and attract new clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations for event spaces.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
