📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
