📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section,Leading and managing a team of employees,Ensuring the section meets its targets and objectives,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance,Maintaining a positive and productive work environment,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new employees,Managing budgets and resources for the section,Reporting to the Section Head on section performance and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
