📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.,Present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business for the company.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and progress.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
