📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and assess insurance needs of customers and banking partners,Provide insurance solutions and products that meet the needs of customers and banking partners,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction,Stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products,Provide training and support to banking partners on insurance products and services,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for insurance products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good understanding of insurance products and services,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus
