In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities,Ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team,Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration,Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and documentation,Support the Team Leader in any other tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR processes and practices,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
