📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the design and engineering of structural projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international codes and standards.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in structural engineering.,Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in using structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of structural analysis, design, and detailing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
