Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Officer to join our Advancement Office in Canggu, Bali. This role is pivotal in driving our fundraising efforts and ensuring the financial sustainability of our institution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic planning, with a deep understanding of the arts and education sectors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual goals and objectives.,Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure financial support.,Oversee the management and coordination of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.,Analyze fundraising data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and present reports on fundraising activities and progress.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to fundraising and financial management.,Represent the Academy at external events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and secure support.,Mentor and supervise junior staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role in the non-profit or arts sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing fundraising campaigns and securing significant donations.,Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using fundraising software and tools such as Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar platforms.,Familiarity with the arts and education sectors is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
