📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.,Conduct quality assurance checks on customer service interactions to ensure consistency and high standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.,Support marketing efforts by promoting our products and services to potential clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record in customer service quality assurance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
