CIRCUIT Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Medan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, answering inquiries and directing guests to appropriate departments.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining guest records.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail and phone calls.,Assist in training and supervising other receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to reception services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience with front office management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
