📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, ensuring they are documented and reported.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
