📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing training budgets and resources.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
