📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor and report on sales performance, as well as other key metrics.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
